Items take way too long to arrive
I have ordered before from them and every time it takes so long to arrive. I ordered a big donut bed for my grand puppies back on January 8th. I have still to receive shipping information and more importantly, the dog bed! Once I receive the bed I won't be ordering from them again. China to the US is just not worth the wait. Shame, because many of the things are nicely made.
