When will I learn to dig deeper into reviews before ordering? They charged my credit card for a sofa cover July 28, and on September 23 I’ve received no tracking information, let alone the cover. All I’ve received is a “we understand” email in response to my inquiry. Next step is to dispute the transaction.

This is my 5th or 6th review about same order. Received an email on 9/7 saying my case had been escalated to higher level 😂 still not a word back. No product and no refund

Beware before ordering from Funny Fuzzy. My order was placed over four months ago, and although my payment was processed immediately, the product has never arrived. For two straight months, I have received nothing but the same canned email claiming the shipment is with a local carrier and that updated tracking information is being requested. There has been no progress, no accountability, and no satisfactory resolution despite repeated follow-ups. Customers should not have to spend months chasing a company for an order they have already paid for. Four months without receiving a purchased item is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this company.

I ordered 3 months ago and have not received anything. When I reached out they said they could not provide a tracking number because my package is traveling “off-the-radar”. Given the insane shipping time and inability to verify a tracking number, this is either a scam or the least competent company I have ever ordered from. They will not given me a refund. Do not order from them. Save yourself from this BS. Their response to this entry says to contact them directly. I have and they have refused to provide refund or shipping info. There’s been numerous back and forth emails with them.
