Great jacket for hillwalking dogs...so clean and dry afterwards.

When I placed my order I made an error in size selection when I realised I contacted customer services who changed it for me unlike a lot of companies I've had to change something either couldn't get in touch or could or wouldn't help . Items arrived on time and I was very happy with the quality and fit would definitely recommend them.

Since purchase it has not rained so I cannot comment on its suitability, a little awkward to put on but that’s said, It seems very good very reflective on dark winter nights.

Received my dog carrier/car seat and it was as advertised! My dachshund immediately jumped in and it was sturdy enough to pick up. I couldn’t figure out how to hook her collar in as the hook was on the outside of the bed. I emailed customer service, got a quick response with a video, and it was operator error on my part. I had the bed inside out. Turned it the right way and voila! The bed was perfect. My dog really hated to be in a carrier in the car. When I took her on her first ride with the bed, she laid down and went to sleep before we were out of the neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Very good experience, from ordering and Aftersales backup.

I purchased a car seat for my dog. I found the price to be inexpensive. And, I received this item within a reasonable amount of time. When I opened the package, I could see that it was made well and extremely comfortable. I can’t wait to use it - in fact, I will be making a long distance trip, and I know that my dog will be super comfortable in this car seat. I definitely recommend this purchase to any one.

Great service. I ordered dog coat and despite measuring needed to return for a medium coat. Service excellent accepted return and replacement coat received quickly. Coat fits well and saves time after a muddy wet walk. Thank you for your help would use again.
