The product was nothing like described
The product was nothing like described. Extremely disappointed in the quality. I will never buy from this site again. The cost is way to expensive for the poor quality product received.

The amount of time from purchase to…
The amount of time from purchase to delivery of my product was too long and without your company being involved in the fulfillment process. You had no knowledge of the whereabouts of my goods during shipment. The tracking information.you provided was not correct.

Unreasonably long shipping only…
Unreasonably long shipping only eclipsed by poor build quality. So bad, I immediately threw it away. It wasn’t worth my time to return.

Ordine mai arrivato!!
Ho effettuato un ordine sul sito in data 01 febbraio 2026 (ordine #FF4336IT) e ad oggi non ho ricevuto né la merce né alcuna comunicazione sulla spedizione. Dopo oltre un mese dall’acquisto, non mi è mai stato fornito alcun numero di tracking né un aggiornamento sullo stato dell’ordine. Ho inviato due e-mail di sollecito (02/03/2026 e 05/03/2026) chiedendo semplicemente informazioni sulla spedizione, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta dal servizio clienti. Ritengo questo comportamento poco professionale e scorretto nei confronti dei clienti, soprattutto considerando che il pagamento è stato effettuato regolarmente. A questo punto sono stato costretto a richiedere l’annullamento dell’ordine e il rimborso dell’importo pagato. Se non riceverò un riscontro a breve, sarò costretto a tutelarmi per vie legali per recuperare la somma versata. Esperienza estremamente negativa. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo sito.

I really regret buying it here.
I ordered this in January, but it arrived at the end of February. The quality is so poor. I can't believe I paid this much for a product of this quality. The quality is so different from the picture, and it even smells. The delivery was so late that I tried to cancel the order, but they refused, and they said they couldn't return it. I'm so upset that I dealt with this company. Please give me a return address ASAP! I'm returning it, and I want my money back ASAP!! This is a scam company. Do not—absolutely do not—buy anything from them. They ship out garbage products. Their customer service is also the worst. It is a fraudulent business. I completely wasted my money.

Not only was the shipment over a month…
Not only was the shipment over a month later, all my efforts to cancel went for naught, even after I purchased the product elsewhere.

Pretty awful experience all the way around.
The website says ships in a couple days but it doesn’t say that it’s shipping from overseas. I contacted them and after several days they finally replied and said it’s on the water. They also sent this, “ Additionally, we would like to clarify that the 1–3 business days refers to our processing time, while the shipping time is typically within 7–30 business days.” Told them I wanted to cancel and they said it cannot be intercepted at this time. Aside from the shipping woes, the quality is very cheap. We spent $100 on a dog bed and the material is not good and the foam is very thin. We honestly thought we were being scammed through the entire process until it arrived and now it’s just a waste of money. Reading the reviews now I really wish we would have done that before we purchased but the site looked very legitimate. In my opinion, unethical marketing and business practices based on the expectation that most people would have. I would highly NOT recommend ordering from them.
