Love the products, but shipping took FOREVER this time! But why?

It took way too long to recieve the item, but when it finally arrived, I loved it.

No tracking was provided for the product, so I was left in the dark as to when the product would arrive. I mainly purchased the recliner covers to keep my boyfriend's vinyl recliner warm for him in the winter since he was dying of lung cancer and was in the chair most of the day. Unfortunately, he passed away a week before the covers even arrived, as it took over 2 months to receive from China. The covers were very nice, however, are as described, very comfortable and look great. Good value and I love that they were packed in a reusable vacuum seal bag. Also, my pup loves squeeky toys,so he enjoyed the free toy.

I love the product and the material is so soft. The only downside is it took over 2 months to get here.

Das Bett ist zwar bei Weitem nicht so dick, wie abgebildet, unsere Hündin liebt es aber dennoch und liegt sehr gerne darin. Trotzdem einen Stern Abzug, weil das Bild einfach nicht der Realität entspricht.

I love your products. We did have a problem with shipping and communication for a while but I believe the problem has been resolved for future orders…which will be coming. It’s freezing here and I’m looking at my puppies on the couch cover, all cozy and comfortable. Thank you for being the reputable company that you are.

Ordered the item on 21st December and received this on 22nd January…disappointed with the delivery time but the product has somewhat made up for it , excellent quality and very useful and helpful, I was told I would get 10% refund once item delivered so just awaiting this to happen

dropshipping, les colis viennent de chine et mettent plus d'un mois à arriver ... Edit : je rectifie mon message j'ai reçu mon colis, certe avec un long délai, en revanche c'est visiblement de bonne qualité et je suis plutôt contente du panier et des revêtements pour canapé !
