The product is great! Really good quality, looks so nice on our couches. Unfortunately it took 4 months to get them. Apparently they are making changes to avoid this in the future. But was happy to finally get the covers, wish them luck with the changes.

We placed our order in November and finally received it at the end of January. One sofa cover was just as described, the other was really thin and cardboard like. Its a hit or miss.

Love the sofa cover. I’ve bought 2 different sofa covers and they are both excellent quality products. They both deserve 5 stars. The last sofa cover was ordered and paid for on 9/29/25 but not received until 1/31/26. During that 4 month wait, there was no communication from the company at all except for other sale emails.

I placed my order on November 28th, I didn't hear anything from you except that you received my order. I texted you the end of December, because I still had not received my purchase. The text I received back was that you would let me know when it will be shipped. I received it a few days ago, then 2 days later I get the text that it has been shipped and delivered. I am glad I finally received it, but your communication is awful. I do really like my cat carrier. Thank you , but I don't understand why it takes so long.
