Product took well over a month to receive communication on figuring out where it was and tracking. It was difficult with the company.. when it arrived it has a strange little dog that looks like a child cartoon on the side of the bag, which was not visible in the photos of what I purchased. It definitely looks like a cheaper version of what I ordered.
