Don’t use this company
Ordered in July and still not received the goods. They have not given a refund despite several requests. Awful company who basically steal your money.

El 7 de junio 2026 realicé una compra (#FF744517S) y al día de hoy 27 de septiembre 2026 sigo sin tener noticias. Ya he hecho varios reclamos a la empresa, dado que envían correos ambiguos (haciendo click en el nro de tracking hoy dice que aún no ha sido enviado el pedido, pero el 29 de julio me enviaron un correo en el que decía que está en camino). Responden diciendo que no pueden hacer nada, porque el pedido ya ha sido enviado o que no puedo hacer tracking, porque el pedido está en la parte del viaje que no se puede trackear???? Osea, me parece que las respuestas son sin sentido. Incluso hice la compra con el shipping protection, pero el servicio ha sido pésimo. Compré acá, porque hace 2 años hice una compra y llegó todo y los productos nos gustaron, pero la verdad que ésta demora es inaceptable. Hoy volví a escribir, si la respuesta sigue siendo la misma, solicitaré el reembolso.

Ik ben er nu toch ook ingetrapt. Wat stom dat ik de reviews niet eerst gecontroleerd had. Geen product geleverd gekregen. Geen geld terug, ze blijven al weken antwoorden dat de levering van mijn product eerste prioriteit is, maar ik kan fluiten naar het bestelde orthopedische kussen voor de hond. Dit zijn overduidelijk bedriegers en de reviews die wel positief zijn op Google, lijken mij verdacht. Vervolg: nu vragen ze om hen te mailen met het ordernummer. Maar dat doe ik letterlijk al elke dag! Bedriegers!!

Finger weg von Funnyfuzzy!!! Habe im Februar bestellt und 7 Monate später kam immer noch nichts an! Sie schreiben immer nett und höflich zurück, aber ohne Lösung, die Ware ist angeblich unterwegs.

Ordered items August 8th. Contacted the company and they said it’s in transit but they gave no date and no tracking either. I am disputing the charge with my bank.

I want to be very clear
I want to be very clear. I gave this company a chance. I chatted with them for 3 months. They promised me endless amounts of promises that they were looking into it. Its the 4th month. I went to my account to check.. and everything has been wiped clean. All that's left is my email. The tracking information has expired. As no one went and collected the parcel that was ready to be shipped or no one actually had a parcel made up. I understand things take a while to be delivered, but ive had plenty of Chinese companies send me things and the longest i had to wait was a month... they stringed me along for 4 months. Just be truthful. Say it's not getting done. refund me. Its one simple Dog bed. im glad i didn't spend more than £40.00.. i didn't lose tons. Dont use this company. Or use it through Amazon or PayPal. To at least get your money back when they dont produce anything. The communication you get is all lies. They havent looked into anything. And they will tell you that they are on top of it... they arent. I have so many ticket numbers in my emails that go no where.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered in March, it is now the end of September. No refund, no reply to emails, no way to contact their customer service. Please do not order from this company.
