Terrible quality
Terrible quality! I had to wait over a month to receive my order. The dog bed looks nothing like the photo. Barely any stuffing in the bed. Will not purchase from this company again

Took ages to come ..substandard
Took ages to come .. Quality of material poor and zips not fit for purpose . Sizing when I measured very much on the small size.. Looks like too much hassle to return so it will go to charity.. So wish I had read these reviews ..

The worst experience of my life
Delivery date was supposed to be on February 28 I had a trip planned. We went to Las Vegas all my sons furniture and everything back he was moved to Wisconsin. I called and verified that it would be here on the 28th because we had to haul his dog back obviously, I didn’t get it until March 21 which you could see my problem and nobody would answer me and nobody would talk to me. I kept getting a generated email from you guys that said the same thing so I will tell all my friends do not order from funny fuzzy unless you got six months to wait for your stuff to get here and no personal response from them if you try to get a hold of them.

Attention arnaque
Attention arnaque ! Je n’ai jamais été livré mais par contre bien débité ! Je n’ai jamais eu de retour du support et je ne me suis pas faite rembourser ! Cela fait +2 mois que j’attend sans aucun retour.

Liked product. Poor service
We were really happy with the product. Would not recommend buying from this company. First you don't have an option to purchase delivery insurance it is forced on you. Second the communications are bad. I accidently purchased the same product twice. Notified the company by email (the only way to reach them) the same day if and sent images of the two purchases and requested a refund. Days, weeks later they sent an email to say oops sorry the product has shipped which I received a month later. This company is overseas. Beware!

I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. On Mar 6, 2026, I placed an order for 2 dog beds. I paid extra for a shipping guarantee. They charged my credit card and sent an order confirmation email but it has been crickets ever since. It is now Mar 21, 2026 and I have sent many emails (the first email was sent on Mar 13,2026) requesting tracking information, requesting any information and nothing in response. Then I started sending emails asking that the FunnyFuzzy cancel my order and refund my money. They then decided to send me a response asking me to be patient and they would give me a 10% discount. I responded that I no longer want the dog beds and I do not want the discount, I want a full refund. I then received an email stating that they are closing my case file. I still do not have the product. I still do not have a tracking number. I still do not have a refund. I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY RESOLUTION! Do not make a purchase from this company as they leave you hanging with no actual way to contact them other than email that they hardly respond to. At this point I have to assume that they have stolen my money. EDIT MARCH 29, 2026 Today my CC was refunded the full amount. It required more than 20 emails, more than 10 messages across multiple social media platforms and countless comments left on public posts across the different social media platforms. My feelings remain the same but at least they did not steal my money.
