Whatever you do, do not buy from here! I am currently going back and forth with this company to get a refund and by looking at these reviews it's looking like I am not the only one. They will do all they can to put you off returning, giving an overseas shipping address for you to ship to or only offering you small amount of money back. . Anyone who is going through the same issue in the UK please look up your rights under the UK consumer rights act 2015. Any company operating in the UK by law has to either reimburse your return costs or provide a prepaid package if the item is not as described or of poor quality. Company polices cannot override this law Keep pushing them and if no luck do report to trading standards and your bank (which is what I am doing next). This company is operating in an illegal way and needs to be shut down. I am also almost certain this company uses AI to respond to customers, so you will get nowhere.
