The ordering process was easy. I contacted funnyfuzzy to see when the order will be sent and they replied to my email with a tracking number promptly. I could track my order until the day of delivery. Very happy with the quality of the product.

I absolutely love the product. My only issue was the amount of time it took to arrive.

Love the product. Good quality and very nice colour. Too a long time to get the item- otherwise it would have been five stars.

I ordered couch covers in September of 2025. They did not arrive until February 2026. I was also told by customer service that I would receive a 20% discount for the delay but that has not happened. Updated 2/11/26 they contacted me and refunded the 20% like they said they would. Overall pretty good customer service. Maybe a one off with the shipping delays.

I am very satisfied with the product I ordered. However the length of time for delivery was quite long (ordered 10/02/2025, delivered 02/01/2026)

Delivery time was not great but customer service was very good about responding to my emails and keeping me informed of delivery time. I'm very satisfied with the product.

Updated Feb 10, 2026 Customer Service has reached out and provided a discount as a “thank you for your patience and understanding” which I greatly appreciate. It seems that they have resolved their internal issues. As I stated, I really like the sofa covers I ordered. I’ve laundered one and it seems to be durable and my cat enjoys sleeping on it. It provides great protection and the gripper dots keep the item in place. I am giving 2 stars because of the extremely long wait time. My order was placed the end of October, 2025 and it wasn’t received until February, 2026. The communication was also very sporadic. I did receive a note with my shipment explaining that there was a problem with suppliers and shipping companies and you are working to resolve those issues so perhaps that will address the long wait time. As far as the items, I really like the sofa covers. The ones I ordered have the slip proof dots and they work well. Waiting to see how they do after being laundered before I can comment on durability.
