It took over a month to receive my item. Their lack of communication when I repeatedly asked for a refund was astounding. I like my couch cover and I won't be ordering from them again. Their products are in and shipped from-China. So, don't get excited until 5 or 6 weeks go by and then you receive your product.

1 star: The order took 1 month to arrive with literally 0 shipping, tracking or order information available. I thought I'd gotten scammed. 2 stars: Customer service replied to my multiple emails once asking for tracking info and signs of life. Then they replied a second time after my delivery. 3 stars: The item I ordered was eventually delivered, product exactly as described. Thank you.
