Ordered £70 worth of sofa covering a…

Ordered £70 worth of sofa covering a month ago. Nothing. Email sent.I did get a response, 4 different links, including one back to themselves and one a tracker of course doesn’t work as the goods have never been sent! Plus an extremely irritating comment get back to us “ Woof woof” and paw icons .. No response to my follow up email. I feel scammed .. No goods and no money back. I will never buy anything advertised on FaceBook again Update 24/5 See reply Funnyfuzzy also pasted to other people. All the details including ref number were already supplied and emails sent before posting here . I have resent to them. I will gladly update if the team do either track my order down and I receive goods ( preferably) or a refund UPDATE 21/6/26 was sent email 6/6/26 by this scammy company telling me I can expect refund of £67.98 “ within 2-3 days” . Still not received😡. To add insult they followed up with email asking how they did ! HAS ANYONE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS ? 25/6/26 Having said that I would get a refund ( in a couple of days) .. nothing arrived in back account. They are now asking if I have a Pay Pal account to pay into I do not, and by law it should be paid into account I paid them with. They are seeking all ways of avoiding giving a refund. I would actually prefer the goods buy they seem to be incapable of supplying what they advertise! 28/6/26 Email asking for all my bank details address etc rather than credit to my credit card .. absolutely not! Don’t touch them with a barge pole
