The only reason I rated 3 was due to the time it took to arrive - approx 5 weeks.

I waited four MONTHS for these items and as far as staying in place they don't work, let alone hold a cell phone as advertised. We are very disappointed with this product!!!

Purchased stairs for my yorkie to be able to get up on our bed back in Oct/ November 2025. Paid and never received them. Lack of contact despite me reaching out several times. Eventually received an email. Ordered a 2nd set and the same thing happened. Received email in January apologizing for the delay and received them 2 weeks ago. Good quality steps! Initial poor customer service and communication but it was all rectified. I do love the products and appreciate the apology

Me llego tarde el pedido, me gustó el color pero cuando puse las fundas sobre mis sillones presenta hoyos en algunas partes, y tambien presenta hilos rotos y jalados.

It took around 3 months to receive my order. Still waiting for the 20% refund they promised because of the huge delay. Everything else was fine.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PRODUCT. BUT TOOK THREE MONTHS TO GET IT. THE LAST ONE DIDN’T TAKE NEAR AS LONG AS THIS ONE DID. I REALLY DO LOVE ALL THE PRODUCTS, BUT I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM TWICE AND THEN THEY GOT THE BALL ROLLING TO GET IN MY PRODUCT. WHICH I APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Delivery took far too long

Product took at least 6 weeks to be delivered. Product is ok but not fantastic for the price.
