Do not buy from this company
As many others have already stated this company is awful, things don’t arrive, they don’t reply to messages and when they do it’s generic information that is of no help, if I could give a negative star rating I would, this company is absolutely a scam and no one should be wasting their money buying from them.

Shameful scammers!!
Don’t do it!! My poor parents ordered over 4 weeks ago, they not received a thing. Tried emailing and nothing back. I feel so sad for them they don’t have a lot of money and to treat themselves to some sofa covers and get nothing back is digusting!! Obviously a complete scam should be ashamed of yourselves 🤬

Do not touch this company with a barge…
Do not touch this company with a barge pole I ordered a dog bed and they sent the wrong size asked me to return it despite it being in their returns policy that if it was their mistake they would pay postage they said that I had to pay postage . I returned it at a personal cost of £10.65 and so far have not received a refund for either cost of the bed or postage. This was 3 months ago. Customer service throughout the process was abysmal and I honestly feel like a victim of theft.

AWFUL!!
AWFUL!! If I could give FunnyFuzzy 0 stars I would.. I placed my order on the 12th of August and was understanding that orders can take up to 15 days to be shipped, I emailed on the 2nd of September as it had been well over 15 days to be told that there was a delay with my order but that I would receive 10% off my order when it arrived as an apology..on the 8th of September I was told that my order was ready to be shipped. Well it is now the 2nd of October and my order is no where to be seen..nor have I received confirmation that it has even been shipped!! I have emailed to be told that they are chasing it up but nothing has been done and keep getting the generic responses that they apologise and are looking into it. Extremely disappointed!!! Unacceptable..from these awful reviews you would expect them to do better. Order: #FF38386U

Un zéro pointé
Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre zéro. Deux articles achetés mi-juillet, commande jamais reçue et malgré les relances. J'ai demandé un remboursement, on me répond que la commande est déjà en transit.

Total scam. Stay away!
In short, this was a total scam. 3 weeks after our order the product had not shipped yet. After emailing them they were apologizing for delay but promised it would ship soon so we waited. About a month after the order they said it shipped and provided a tracking number that wasn't a valid tracking number. They said we needed to wait some more etc Always some excuses and more waiting. We were way too patient. After over 2 months we asked for refund and got more excuses and delaying strategies. In the end we had to go through the credit card transation dispute to get out money back.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE. Do not work with this company. Not sure if it’s even legitimate or not. I ordered a dog bed over five months ago and still have not received it. I’ve made several inquiries with customer service and their only response is to just be patient. I’ve asked for status updates and tracking updates. They cannot provide one. I have asked for a full refund of my money and they will not refund it. I cannot emphasize enough, do not work with this company.

Fuyez ce site et surtout ne commandez pas ! Ma commande passée le 23 juin 2026 n’est toujours pas arrivée. Malgré mes demandes, je n’ai pas de retour. Une seule réponse au bout d’un mois avec un lien qui ne donne aucune information. J’espère être remboursée sinon cela finira en contentieux. A FUIR absolument.
