Fraudulent company
Order made in May and items were never dispatched. Refund requested and still not received 3 weeks later. This company is a fraud and is set up to rob people from their money. Do not use.

Putting one star as you cannot have no star. This company is a joke, placed an order in good faith over 6 weeks ago and still waiting for the product. Replies are very vague, just asking to be patient! DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you want to be chasing them and waiting forever.

Commande FR53110 DU 29 4 26
Commande FR53110 faite et validée par vous le 29 04 2026, de plus montant de 70.81 euros retiré dès le 30 04 26 sur mon compte. N'ayant aucun mail de suivi de mon colis, j'ai fait un premier mail le 28 mai 2026 demandant ce qui se passait, (soit un mois depuis ma commande). je n'ai eu aucune réponse donc le 3 06 2026, je fais un nouveau mail où je demande le remboursement et là encore aucune réponse. Je suis énervée et me pose des questions quant au professionnalisme de funnyfuzzy ?

Bonjour J ai passé une commande le 11 mai (FR 53596) et je n ai toujours rien reçu. Je suis très mécontente car j ai envoyé 2 mails mais je n ai obtenu aucune réponse. Ne rien commander sur ce site!

Want to cancel and a refund my order
So, upon paying for a bed with this place, as saying uk in the name, thought ok. And then I get an email saying it'll be dispatched in 15 days. Wish I checked this before, and seeing it was coming from China, then I seen the reviews. And not seen many happy customers and I thought ok, it's not even been 24hrs since ordering. I'll have to cancel as it wouldn't be here in the time frame id need as my boy is going for an operation in a couple of days and I wrote them an email and now I have done 3 or 4 emails, just with a auto response from them, saying they'll be in touch. I asked for them to cancel my order and refund me. And still not a word. This is really bad and know they is several hours in front of us, so no excuses. All I want is a refund and not even an auto response on here, as that's all they do. Order number FF33326U

STIll WAITING FOR PRODUCT
FINAL UPDATE: To clarify the company's claim of making "every effort" is laughable, they ignored my original emails chasing my order, never actually sent the goods and only reached out after my bank stepped in. There is nothing left to discuss directly. The bank dispute is proceeding. FURTHER UPDATE: The company has replied below claiming they emailed me on June 7th. To clarify, that email was only sent after my bank initiated a formal chargeback dispute, and their message was an attempt to offer an off-platform settlement. I am not dealing with them directly anymore; my bank is handling the full recovery of my funds. UPDATE: If you are stuck in the same position with zero shipping updates and an unresponsive support team, do not waste your time chasing them. Contact your bank immediately and ask to raise a Visa Debit/Credit Card Chargeback for "Goods Not Received." As soon as my bank hit them with the dispute paperwork, the company panicked and suddenly tried to contact me off-platform to settle it. Save yourself the stress and let your bank handle it! I ordered a XL bed for my dog over a month ago. It still says "confirmed" on my order. I have emailed their support team (as per contact us instructions on their website) numerous times, automatic response received: [Request received] Ticket #362449 SILENCE! I like some others here have fallen into the trap of ordering from what I thought was a UK company (based on the website address), not reading reviews and ultimately not realising at the time of purchase the item will be shipped from China. If you are thinking of ordering from this company DON'T!...unless you're not in a hurry for the item or loaded!
