This product took a long time to arrive, and the tracking info was not helpful. It arrived approximately 5 weeks later than expected. The seat cover itself actually fits great, and so far seems to work well.

It two months for it to be delivered. The dog immediately scratched it and pulled up threads. My dog weighs 5 lbs so it isn’t as tough as I thought it would be.

First, I like the product. It isn’t as slip proof as I had hoped but it is a leather sofa which I’m sure makes a difference. Secondly, it took me nearly 4 months from order to arrival. No response to email inquiring about shipment, expected delivery. The app is TERRIBLE in that while it showed “shipping” it also showed delivery date of 12/3/25…it arrived 2/13/26

A mixed review. The quality of the goods I bought (a dog bed and 2 sofa seat covers) is excellent and they do the job really well. So I am pleased with those- what I wasn’t so pleased with was the delivery times. The website says goods are dispatched in about 5 working days, so you would expect to receive them within a couple of weeks at most. Mine took over 2 months. None of the supplied tracking links worked so I was completely in the dark as to where my items were. I did contact customer services and they were as helpful as they could be. I gather long delivery waits are currently the norm so this is something they need to sort out.

I did not receive the items that I actually ordered. I will not be ordering anything again. This was not my first order, but it will be my last order. I had to wait for a very long time to receive my items.

The covers really did not fit the sofa's as well as I thought they would, and the shipping took well over a month to get here.
