Not only does the FunnelKit plugin give me more marketing control over my online offers and help me maximize both cart value and customer lifetime value... but they back it up with outstanding support that feels like "customer care" is a personal mission for them. Plus, I love that they're always expanding their product line by visualizing the integrated solutions companies need to optimize our own customers' experiences.

I have been using FunnelKit since 2022. Recently I had a tangled billing situation, with overlapping subscriptions and renewal dates that did not match what I had actually paid for. Harish from the support team went back through a ticket from a year earlier to check the facts, explained exactly how renewals and promotions work instead of giving me a generic answer, and found a solution that worked for both sides. Clear, patient and honest. Not something you get often.

I found the FunnelKit "Sliding Cart for WooCommerce" plugin and it was exactly what I was looking for. It's beautiful right out of the box and very intuitive to configure -- just far, far better than other solutions I considered. I had one issue (possibly because of my site design itself) that I reported to the FunnelKit team and they provided my a code snippet fix the very next morning. I couldn't recommend this product and team any higher. Many thanks!

I used FunnelKit for quite some time on my business website and was very happy with the product. It is a professional, powerful, and easy-to-use tool with excellent features for building sales funnels and working with WooCommerce. While we were using it, it suited our needs very well and helped us manage the sales process on our website efficiently. I was so pleased with FunnelKit that I recommended it to quite a few colleagues who were looking for a similar solution. When I recently contacted the support team about an account-related matter, I also received personal, attentive, and genuinely helpful service. Harish and the team took the time to understand my situation and find a fair solution. An excellent product backed by a support team that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommended.
