I should have listened to that inner voice in my head I ordered the musical stuffed animals for my granddaughter August 8 and still have not received any tracking information. I emailed customer service no reply. I’m feeling as if I’ve been frauded. Shortly after I made purchase I also began receiving messages from my bank of PayPal and micro soft payments attempting to run thru my account. I had to close out my card immediately. Not saying it was this site but the dates are in alignment with this purchase so beware.

Ordered a toy for my granddaughter. Didn’t realize it was coming from China. I was tracking the order and it showed that it was in transit. After 45 days I emailed the company asking for a refund. They have not credited my credit card. They apologized in their emails but have not refunded me.

If I could give 0 star I would !!! Ordered the the bounce back dinosaur, guess what ! It doesn’t ! Pile of absolute 💩 that was for my child’s second birthday and you ripped me totally of … Chinese shite all they want is your money for crap shite !!!!!!!!!!!!!££££!!!

BEWARE !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered the full set of engines and the boxes were all battered, pieces missing , instructions in Chinese, the stickers were all screwed up , nothing as shown on the website!!! EMAILED BUT NO RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM !!

I ordered an inflatable dinosaur which stands back when punched. It was just a $2 inflatable object. Emailed for explanation which was never replied. Please avoid.

I do not recommend buying from this company. I placed my order almost two months ago, paid in full, and I still have not received my items. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update, and they have never responded. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I don’t even know if my order will ever arrive. If you are considering buying from this company, be aware that you may end up waiting for months with no updates and no response from customer service. I hope the company takes responsibility, improves its customer service, and resolves my case as soon as possible. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

Scam never received my order, I’ve wrote them to tell them this and they just keep sending me tracking that shows order delivered on a site that doesn’t translate to English.. do not order from them!
