Dodgy company!!!After almost 2 months my order has never arrived. After emailing Customer Service, I initially received a reply but now all of my enquiries are ignored and go unanswered. I can’t believe they are still allowed to advertise and continue to rip people off. Previous reviews indicate similar issues. Stay away from them!!!

Ordered a jacket and it didn’t fit. Tried to send back because it says it offered a refund. It doesn’t. 10% is what they offered and you have to buy from them.

Game arrived broken, despite reaching out multiple times asking for a replacement or some kind of response, I have been completely ignored. Will never use them again and recommend no one else buys from them!

Actually given them one stars is way too much they are pathetic. I’ve sent them five emails you you get the same email saying thank you for your response. Please check your tracking number that never happens because it doesn’t move from where it is. It’s been way over a month and still nothing. They’re full of it full of shit absolute scammers. Don’t even think about clicking on their website and check in their stuff. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Do not get scammed like I did. All they want is your money and don’t give a rat to us about anything else. They don’t realise that people work for every dollar I don’t steal my money. I work for it and this company. All they do is steal money total scammers

My lou Lou flying fairies arrived today. Boxes squashed and damaged e mailed Evri so far no response. Cannot give as gifts looking as if someone has dropped them from a great height. The boxes say 14 years yet the ad video is a very young girl. On the back of box says not under 3 years as small parts. Why do we fall for it ? Every time you think things will be different but always hassle and disappointment. No more on line ordering for me.
