your website wasn't functioning properly, kept saying my password was incorrect, clicked on forgot password so i could change it and nothing would happen. had to make a whole new account just to order product. Unrelated: Also can't access the workouts from my phone. Also says the password is incorrect. Password works on desktop computer and ipad. It's very frustrating working with your system

Confusing and misleading pricing. You stated $69 plus $10 shipping. Then charged $79 and $18 for shipping.

The product is fine, though it is not working for me. However, I have attempted to cancel my subscription to this product, and so far I have not gotten a response as to whether it is canceled. I will continue trying.

No mention of prices being USD. I’m in Canada like Funk. 😕

Would be nice to know how long to receive products, when it will ship, etc. It has been three days since my cc ws charged and I still have not received notification as to when they will ship or when I will receive it. Also, it would be great if I could pay in CAD and not USD. UPDATE: all you Canadians, I also got hit with a UPS charge of 40$ CAD on top of the exchange. I spent an extra $100 CAD on top of the quoted USD pricing in the end. Still haven't received my products but expect delivery on Wed. These better be miracle drugs as the cost is very high.
