Fungismile.com website is now a skin care website. My order was abruptly cancelled by someone else.

I would find gnats inside the contraption (or device) almost daily. The Device had gaps which did not allow it to close properly. I attempted to contacted WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE!!!! I EMAILED them IMPOSSIBLE, they just responded with more ads for the device. Finally, I contacted PayPal, they responded, However, they stated I was to return the device AT MY OWN EXPENSE, THEY Would determine if it worked properly, if They found it to be defective Then I would be refunded My Money. So, if Fungismile NEVER addressed how I would get my device BACK if Fungismile determined it work correctly. I JUST BIT THE BULLET and Kept IT. There needs to be a Class Act Against these Fake Companies.

I was originally very pleased with the company. They actually responded...then --- they went totally silent. No response, no help!! I'm now afraid to order from them and not even sure they are still in business.

I followed directions of wiping out container with alcohol and using distilled water. I appears to be working however the lions mane grows very stringhy and doesnt get tight

Save yourself the trouble and come Do Not order from this company. No response from the emails when I didn’t receive my order or any update on the tracking number. Did not respond from their contact us Info on their website. I got one response from their social media team that said “don’t worry about it.” And have not responded since. I’m just gonna file a claim with my card. This company is horrible and ridiculous.

Worst company ever! The device started leaking after one use and it won’t maintain humidity. The mushroom pods just get moldy and don’t actually grow mushrooms. I’ve been trying to contact the company for months, but they never respond. I recently tried commenting on their Facebook and Instagram posts as a last attempt and I think they blocked me. What great customer service. Why are all mushroom companies scammers?!? First Shrooly and now this? It’s ridiculous.

Initially had written a great review on Fungismile - while I can't change that review listed below, consider this an update!!! Been trying to get a response from them since Dec 12th - 2 months later - nothing. After my 3rd moldy shroom and having to throw it away - NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered a mushroom growing kit and 2 extra mushroom starters on Nov 4, 2025; received only the kit on Nov 10, and an email stating that my order had been delivered in its entirety. It is now mid January, and after numerous emails to customer service, I've received ZERO response. I paid for $50 worth of merchandise that I have never received.
