update after 1 year: fungies suspended us 1 year ago and today they are still holding our funds and wont release them we contacted stripe express and they cant do anything

Maja from Fungies keeps cold-emailing me every 2-3 days, with no way for me to unsubscribe. I even asked her multiple times to stop spamming me.

Unfortunately, my experience with Fungies.io has been very disappointing. I signed up expecting a reliable platform, but I encountered multiple issues that made it difficult to trust the service. Communication from support was slow and often unhelpful, leaving important questions unanswered for extended periods. Several processes felt unclear, and I struggled to get straightforward explanations regarding account-related matters. What should have been a simple experience turned into a frustrating one due to delays, lack of transparency, and inconsistent support. As a customer, I value clear communication and timely assistance, especially when business operations are involved. In my case, those expectations were not met. The overall experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. While others may have had positive experiences, I can only speak from my own. Based on what I experienced, I would not recommend this platform at this time and would encourage potential users to research thoroughly before committing to it.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. At first, their support replied and asked me to complete KYC verification (ID and utility bill). I followed their instructions and was ready to proceed. However, after that, they completely stopped responding. I sent multiple follow-up emails (more than 10) asking for help and clarification, but I never received any reply. This lack of communication is very unprofessional, especially when sensitive documents like ID verification are involved. Because of this, I cannot trust this company anymore. I strongly advise others to be careful before using their services. Very disappointing experience.

Ils ont enquêté de manière approfondie, expliqué l’arnaque en détail et m’ont guidé à chaque étape du rétablissement. En moins d’un mois, mon solde complet a été rétabli. 𝗭𝗱𝗧 . 𝗥𝗘 a non seulement récupéré mes fonds, mais a également restauré ma confiance dans un soutien cryptographique professionnel.

Please avoid fungies.io, they will hold your funds !!! No clarification from their support! And they ask KYC again and again! With taken a photo with different image!!!!!!!!!! (most of the 5 star review is fake multiple bot account) I reported already to stripe, you guys should do! EDIT (14/05/2026):: they just replied today after 1 year+? crazy aint it? also giving shit response without any proof lmao saying we are dealing with stolen credit card? Pathethic. I already reported to stripe, i also ask all my customer to do chargeback since you dont even refund their money fk u

They are spamers, they will take your money

Scammers, they ban you for no reason and then do not issue payouts, they stole over $4000 from ME and let alone my costumers. Support doesn't reply at all and they ghost you. Avoid this site st all costs.
