Funeralwise: Mixed Experience
Funeralwise was efficient in managing the order, maintaining communications regarding shipment, and shipment of the ordered item. The item, however, was MUCH smaller than expected and consequently, a disappointment. But, I opted not to return it since it was not likely that there would be a larger version for replacement.

Betty, We are so sorry that you aren’t 100% thrilled with the necklace. We know it can be hard to visualize the ½ inch size mentioned in the description. We had hoped the photo of the model wearing the necklace would illustrate that. We’ll see if we can find a way to make the size more clear since we never want buyers to be disappointed. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a larger cross, but if you change your mind about keeping it, we will be more than happy to refund your purchase. ~FW
