The customer service rep was amazing
The customer service rep was amazing; she replied to my message within hours even though I sent in my email at an odd time of night, and was able to get me a new invoice for expedited shipping very quickly. However, I feel like I should not have had to take up her time for a simple shipping option. The website FAQ said expedited shipping is available but I was not given the option to choose it at checkout. Additionally, the charge for 2-3 day shipping was $80, which was exorbitant. Other places I contacted charged way less for expedited shipping, but I ended up paying this one because I didn't have time to change for a new order. This place is great if you have time to wait for their regular shipping, and customer service is very responsive!
