I'm down 7.3% over the past 20 months. I'm really not sure how anyone is giving positive reviews

Don’t give your hard earned money to this company! I invested $12,000 in Fundrise back in 2021. Here we are three years later and I’m down $750! Meanwhile, the stock market, crypto, mutual funds, gold, basically everything else, is going up. I could’ve put this money in a savings account with 4 to 5% interest and actually made money. Heck, I could’ve put it in my mattress and at least I’d have what I started with. Please, please don’t invest in Fundrise. You will regret it!

As we shared in our 2023 year-end letter to investors, “The past twelve months have proven to be the single most challenging year for real estate returns since the 2008 Great Financial Crisis, with nearly every property type experiencing negative performance, including a significant portion of the Fundrise portfolio.” That said, as you may have seen in our most recent letter, we are not only optimistic that the real estate market has now bottomed, but we are also expecting to see strong results from the hundreds of millions of dollars we were able to deploy into the depressed market over the last 12 months. You can review both letters here: 2023 Year-End: https://fundrise.com/education/2023-year-end-letter-to-investors 2024 Q1: https://fundrise.com/education/q1-2024-letter

Very poor returns, In 3 years, lost 118.00. I feel fourtunate compared to other reviews. Very funny accounting on top of that. Shows increase in dollars, I look at dividends and magic appreciation, no increase. When you write to inquire or complain you get a sweet love letter back but no results. You can do better elsewhere.

Wow!!! I see other people are having the same experience I'm having. I invested a LOT of money two years ago and have consistently lost money!!! I have lost around $500 and when I requested my money back they are saying they will look at it in three months to see IF I can get any back!!! I am SO mad!!! What a scam!!! I hope there is a lawsuit soon and everyone who has lost money gets it back. Real estate is doing good everywhere else. What are they doing with our money???

One star because 0 stars not available. Invest at your own risk. You have no real control over where they put your money, so I suspect they use it to cover losses. I ended up losing 10% of my investment over a year or so before I pulled the plug and requested refund. Almost 6 months later and no refund. You can't talk to a real person either. 8 pages of IRS tax documents showing I received taxable dividends in 2023 even though I took a loss. What a joke Fundrise is and I paid for it. Glad it was only a few hundred. But I'm still out 5K until they refund and they're using my money in the meantime. I'm asking my representative to look into their practices.

While the private markets are illiquid—which historically has helped deliver more stability than the public markets—we've developed a redemption program to allow investors to take their money off the platform as needed. Each of our primary funds offers quarterly liquidity—meaning redemption requests from the previous quarter are typically processed at the beginning of each subsequent quarter—with no associated fees or penalties for early redemption. Please contact us at [email protected] if you've had any issues with your redemption request.

A lot of bluster and bravado about real estate investment thru FundRise...with little or no gains. Don't waste your time/finances to this hollow money-grab. I'm thankful I didn't invest more money that I actually did---you'd be far better off putting your $ in a high-yield CD rather than this shell game.

I invested in this for 5 years just to end up in the red. They say it will take 4 months to withdraw my money.
