I am more than happy with the performance of Fundrise as it relates to my investments. Where I have an issue is with the availability of their support and lack of documentation about fairly routine tasks (transferring old 401Ks, etc.). There are long delays at times hearing back from support and it's not especially clear how you even contact them when you need need help. My first contact with them via email was nothing more than a link to an "article" I'd already referenced in my email as not containing all the information I needed. It was another week before I got a useful answer.

All profits made was wiped out. When I decided to withdraw my funds and profit, that was when the market went down exactly the profit I made. It not a coincidence.

Yes I have a rather huge drop in my portfolio value at the end of september 2022

If you don’t know anything about investing this may be a good way to get long term returns without being involved in your investments. I put $1000 in to see what would happen. I saw a 5% return after 15 months. Would have been better off putting that $1000 to work somewhere else. For me just simply a poor return.

Could use more transparency and information on what my actual rate of return is. They have all this reporting and pretty graphs and colors, which is fine, but I just want to see the annualized rate of return I'm getting so that I can compare it and the risk to other investments in my portfolio. I'd also like to know how the estimated share price is below what I paid for it... fees? loss of capital or decrease in value of real estate? Again... have to go digging for it.

I find it very easy to put money in but very hard to take money out. The process should be the same both ways. Other than that, I think the design and implementation has been pretty good compared to your competitors (iFunding.co)
