I love the whole concept, this for me is just a kind of set it and forget it type thing. I like how you keep us updated on all the projects. Also like how you can invest very little or a lot.

For those looking to diversify into real estate without the high barriers to entry, Fundrise is an excellent platform. It's best suited for long-term investors who are comfortable with limited liquidity and are seeking steady, passive income from a diversified portfolio.

So far, my investing has paid off. The model seems solid. The funds available are a good mix. You can only withdraw after a certain amount of time (5 years, I think) and only during certain times of the year.

Easy to understand and use.

The platform is laid out very well, easy to follow and provides all the information, in detail what I need to know about my account. The platform was very methodically planned and the results show. Great investment portfolio

For me I wanted to diversify my portfolio but limit some of my financial risk. I've always been interested in real estate investment. Fundrise allows me to do both. I did some research, and Fundrise by far had some of the best reviews. I am glad I listened to many long-time investors because Fundrise has not disappointed.
