After completing an online application the application has you set a call back appointment. Doesn't seem matter when that appointment is as they will call you immediately. Agent was kind and courteous but was definitely a bit pushy. If you don't qualify for their loan when applying for debt consolidation they will jump straight to debt resolution/payoff through them. The agent assumed I would go through and when I stated that I would not, immediately transferred me to his supervisor. The supervisor was more pushy about the debt resolution plan and in not so many words calls you an idiot if you don't take it. They seem like a reputable company based on reviews here but watch out for their pushiness.

After completing the online application, I immediately received several calls & a voicemail from John. Started very pleasant, knowledgeable, asking me to write down numbers, etc. But when I had questions about consolidation & stated I will call him back, he quickly became slightly aggressive & snippy stating “what is there to think about!” & DISCONNECTED the call. Having experience in customer service & sales, I definitely will NOT give him a call back. Condescending behavior is not an effective method for success.
