I bought a 25k account and haven't been able to login on mt5 for months now customer service is very terrible no reply for weeks then one reply that doesn't address the problem

1-star review — MT5 account not working I purchased a FundedUp account and have been unable to properly access/use the MT5 account. I have contacted customer support regarding the issue but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I paid for the service expecting to be able to use the trading account, but the technical issue has prevented me from doing so. I am posting this review publicly so other traders can be aware of my experience and so FundedUp can address the issue. Was able to get my first payout trading using just technical analysis cos of the rule. Hoping in the future other markets would be made available.

Good prop overall. Would recommend 👍
