Terrible support

STAY AWAY!!!!

Support team were very rude, useless, three weeks for approval and payment and $100 (20%) commission is absolutely unacceptable, the worst company I've seen in the market.

I thought funded futures network was a great propfirm until I tried to take out a payout. I requested my payouts 2 weeks ago filled out the steps they told me and waited. I received nothing so now I had to request my payout again, if I knew about the payout problem I would not signed up for funded futures. On top of that they closed my funded account because of inactivity rule. Even though I waited for 3 weeks for them to pay me out and they didn’t even give me a warning that they were going to close the account. Officially done with this propfirm. No wonder it’s not even up there with the best.

If I could, I’d give an even lower score. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. The support team is a joke—you don't get answers to your questions. The communication is rude and disrespectful. This has been my worst experience with a prop firm. On top of that, they deduct money from your account even when you aren't buying anything, yet they throw their "no refund policy" in your face, and there’s nothing you can do about it. JOE, in particular, has no business being in support; he is completely rude and unprofessional. I don't know who trained him, but—good Lord—you should stay far away from a person like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this prop firm to anyone. Avoid it at all costs. UPDATE its been already 11 days as I have contacted support team via their live chat and via emails, problem is still not solved, they just ignore the issue.As I said, worst prop firm ever, now obvious that thieves too. Money was taken from my account even if I had not purshashed anything. No response from them in 11 days with evidence that I have bought anything, not able to provide me with a simple, basic history neither og my billing neither of my accounts.IN 11 DAYS. THIEVES

.laggy platform, .dashboard is not being updated timely,(it shows ur eligible for payout even if it's not). .if u did request while not yet eligible then u need 2 weeks to get denied and continue to trade and fix the issue.now u request again, u didn't put fkn LABEL on ur payout which is; ACCOUNT #, ROUTING #,ETC.. bro its already written in order, there's no way to miss that..wait another 2 weeks just to get denied again.. .they have alot of reason to throw at u when ask for update like;(payment processor,running a new account type,people gaming the system etc bs.) .lastly the SUPERHEROS of this firm, discord supports, useless sheet of peas, they're the boss and they dont know sheet about business, we trade and made u money and we demand to get paid on time...

I do not recommend this company. It takes 3 to 4 weeks to process a payout, and no one ever responds personally—only automated messages. Then, on the day you’re supposed to get paid, they suddenly claim that you violated their rules, deny your payout, and close your account. I worked very hard to pass my evaluation and reach my first payout, only to end up with nothing. It feels incredibly unfair and disappointing. In my experience, this is the worst prop firm in the industry. I would not recommend it to anyone.

BOGO ACCOUNT DEAL HAS A HIDDEN ACTIVATION FEE AND A LIMIT TO ONLY ONE PER USER. I FEEL AS THOUGH THE FIRM SHOULD PUT THAT IN CLEAR WRITING WITH THE REST OF THE INFO ON THE COUPON.
