Yesterday for some reason I could not log on to my Fundx platform. I logged on funded futures network website to be able chat with somebody to resolve the problem but I encountered Warren a chat bot I put in my request and got a useless answer. On further Requests I was told then my case will be given to to a human and I should expect a response soon, and I waited looking for an but nothing happened for two to three hours Finally I Sent email To support@ funded futures Network and finally the problem was resolved and I was able to log on to my Fundix platform. Up until this time I've been quite satisfied with the service With excellent response in a few few minutes, Waiting for a long time without being able log on the platform was disappointing fortunately I did not have any trades open At that time.My username is Keshluck

Muy mal servicio, retienen los pagos, dos semanas y aun no pagan, tener una cuenta sin operar por espera de un pago q no llega no es negocio, deberían actualizar la página y darle mejor visibilidad de sus servicios, El servicio al cliente debería estar dentro de la página con respuesta rápida. Super malo esta experiencia con Funded futures Network para los costos de sus cuentas, espero q me paguen realmente o me estafaron.

⭐ 1/5 — DO NOT BELIEVE THE “SAME-DAY PAYOUT” CLAIMS My experience with Funded future network has been absolutely ridiculous. I have a funded account, completed ALL of the requirements, and requested my payout on September 9. Today is September 24, and I STILL have not received my money. That’s over two weeks waiting for a payout that they advertise as same-day. What makes this even worse is their support. You can email them and wait days just to get a response. When they finally respond, all you get is “we are processing it.” That is not acceptable when you are holding someone’s payout. And here’s the biggest problem: I cannot trade my account until they deduct the payout amount from my account. So I’m basically stuck waiting for them to do their part while my account sits there unusable. I have already missed multiple very good trading opportunities because of this delay. Those opportunities are gone, and nobody at the company seems to care. If you advertise same-day payouts, then take more than two weeks and still haven’t processed the payout, that is an enormous problem. At the very least, be honest with customers about how long payouts actually take. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and has completely destroyed my confidence in this company. Think twice before putting your money, time, and trading opportunities into this firm. Don’t blindly believe the marketing — look at actual customer experiences and payout timelines first.

The most buggy, inconsistent trading platforms out there Avoid this prop at all costs. You could have video evidence and they still will blame it on anything but their systems. Don't fall for the flashy sales they always have.

Don’t use this firm they say 24 hour payouts. Everytime I request a payout from them it’s 2-3 weeks minimum and their payout department hardly ever reply’s and when they do it’s VERY short worded and it’s always repeated no matter what just stay away!

It's sad to see how far they've fallen from a couple of years ago, they don't pay on flimsy reasons. Denied for being a high frequency trader for placing two trades on a day with average hold time of 3 minutes. Probably having liquidity issues, much better firms out there to use these days.

They want to play with the big boys, but they cannot.. hidden rules after every payout your highest pnl stays. But your total profit resets!!!This is pure scam and make you up for failure. Also the HFT rule is garbage. And cherry on the cake they let you wait 3 weeks for a payout. Dont go with this and pay 20 bucks more on a firm that has clear rules.

Estafa 🚨🚨🚨🚨 cuidado no pagan luego de 3 semanas esperando mi pago cada vez que le escribía para que me dieran información de por qué se tardan tanto hoy me llegó un correo diciendo que mi pago fue denegado por HFT 🤣🤣 lo peor de todo es que no mandan pruebas ni nada por qué saben que no es cierto simplemente harán todo lo posible para no pagarte esos desgraciados
