Based on my experience with all other prop firms, and I have traded with just about any one of them out there except a few, FFN is second to none when it comes to customer service. Keep in mind that if you blow your account due to your own negligence, this does not have anything to do with the prop firm itself. But what is more important than a payout is the customer service that helps you get there if you encounter any issues during the process. How many prop firms out there offer you a free phone call with a risk manager to ask all the questions you have? And this is not even for a live account. This is on the sim funded phase. As soon as you pass your eval and your exhibition account is ready (which was quick and very smooth), you are able to schedule a phone / zoom conversation with your risk manager. I have not received a payout yet, but some of my friends in Europe have received several payouts and all within 24 to 48 hours despite being overseas. I don't know if there is any other prop firm out there that have a similar customer service that can answer to you in literally seconds if not minutes. As long as they keep this service level, they will stay in the top 3 prop firms. Thanks FFN Team!
