This propfirm stands out with excelent customer support which is critical if something happens to the server, trade, your electricity or whatever unexpected issue there might be. They are always around and ready to close your trades or check if no open position is left of whatever question there might be. Seems like they never sleep GW especially, and im so glad that PJ is around asia/london session time too( previously support wasnt around that time) so yeah. If you trade with FFN, you are in good , safe hands

Funded Futures Network is hands down the best prop firm out there—top-tier customer service, unbeatable discounts, and trader-friendly rules. Big thanks to Guy G.W. for always being helpful and professional.

I love the company, the people, and the service most of all. Top of the line best customer service experience hands down! Graham (G.W.) is by far the kindest employee & works diligently at everything he does. 100% recommend!

I have worked with multiple prop firms and my biggest complaint with most of them is usually the customer service/support. That is not the case with FFN - G.W. and the team are top notch, usually responding in seconds, or a few minutes at most. If you dont believe me, join their discord and see for yourself

I highly recommend funded futures. Thanks to Graham I was able to get on track to start trading. With their great customer service you will be glad you joined!

Great and Fast Customer Support. Was able to Help Me with my login issue in less than 15 minutes. Very Thankful.

Customer service is exceptional. Any issue has been effeciently resolved with minimal wait time for a response from customer service. Special shout out to GW for the informational one on one which helped secure my choice with Funded Futures Network. Nothing but the best.

FFN Prop Trading has been an excellent experience for me! Their platform is smooth, payouts are reliable, and the trading conditions are among the best I’ve seen. A special shout-out to G.W. from the admin team — their support has been outstanding, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend FFN for anyone looking to trade with a prop firm that truly cares about its traders.
