I have been trading with prop firms since 6 years, but this company closed the qualified account saying it was traded during news.. actually the news was fed speech ..1 min before and after is fine but throughout the speech if we trade.. they may disallow trading ,that's fine but allowing to order and then closing the account and asking $625 to reset the qualified account is unfair as I badly felt

I really wanted to like this firm. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE 2 PHASES YOU MUST PASS BEFORE BECOMING A FUNDED TRADER!! I bought some accounts during one of their many BOGO free deals. The very first time I passed the evaluation stage, I received an email letting me know that I passed and needed to wait for further instructions; however, a buy limit was triggered hours later that blew my account. Now coming from great firms like TopStep and MFFu, I just assumed that my account would be disabled and removed from my dashboard.....but NOoooooo!!!! They failed my account. Anyway, until they disable accounts upon passing, remove the exhibition phase and provide traders with a new sim account within hours of passing (3-7 days is ridiculous) - I will not be trading with them anymore. There are too many loops to jump through and I don't trust their process. The ONLY reason for the extra star is their customer service, which is top notch. Otherwise, this firm is at the bottom if I'm ranking them with other firms. They have a ways to go.

I think I would give them a better score if they were not so expensive. They are probably the most expensive futures prop firm out there. Not just the purchase cost of their challengers, but finding their commissions are way to high and they take 20% of your winnings, there are plenty of better future prop firms out there with better rules and easier to pass that take less of your hard earned. I think people get sucked in with their daily payouts, but would rather take 90% of my profits with a 5 or 7 day payout then give them 20% every day, it adds up.
