I'm quite new to Funded Futures but I've had a brilliant experience when I messed something up and needed the help of support. Contacting them through the chat was near instant each time. And the person I was dealing with, Tony, went out of his way to fix my issue even though we had to circumnavigate some policy. Nothing serious but he really didnt have to. It was my mistake and I know a lot of other firms would have just ignored me. I'll come and update this review once I've used the service for a few weeks and got into the actual trading and funded acounts etc. But thank you Tony. I really appreciated your help.

I had an issue with my free account that I got with the BOGO promotion, I passed it but was not able to see my exhibition account in my dashboard. So I contacted the support and had a chat with Johnathan, he explained to me that as I didn't have a current paid active account, I cannot have my exhibition account, I was unfortunately not aware of that, I was so dissapointed. But Johnathan was really kind an offered me to reactivated it as long as I purchase a new paid account, that's what I did and he got back my exhibition account. I'm so thanksful, really a great experience with Johnathan and FFN, I'll continue trading with them for sure.
