Funded Today is a fraud Funded Today is a fraud, I should have dug deeper in the reviews, for months has been trying to get us to sign up. During this time we perfected our campaign. We went to Funded Today and they reviewed our product said we are a good kit. Paid them via check, they cashed it. 10 days after the campaign has launched they sent an email stating they could not in that 10 days get ads to publish and they want to cancel...with no refund and no call just a 2 sentence email to sign that they are canceling ?

Funded Today (and Jordan David for that matter) is this typical American scam company. Frankly there were red flags from day one. Like literary in 2 months in "being in contact with them" I have solved nothing. There is little to no information on the web. They BS you with their cheap marketing slogans while they don’t give a F about you and your project at all. Beyond the first email and a follow up email you don’t get any reply from them, they just don’t communicate. Making stupid excuses like faulty software, vacation, sickness, privacy...or whatever. Skype call confirmed and canceled 3 times by them. When you get the call, it’s delayed and without any apology for being late or any heads up...hey i will be late. When you are on the phone, they want to get rid of you as soon as possible. They never ask you any questions...how can you deal with me if you have no idea about me? They lie on the phone as I found out after comparing the written email information to the phone call...I have a recording of the phone call, and I have the email so you cannot prove me wrong about this. They lie about other stuff as I found out after consultation with Indiegogo. You will find out that their limited marketing information on the web...."eee we don’t do that anymore, it’s an old model". I guess their whole model is to just lure as many people as possible to just sell them some stupid email newsletter for 800$ and that’s it. They never plan to work with you, they never intend to proceed with all marketing strategies for you to succeed, they take you as guaranteed failure from day one, unless you are a million+ dollar company, perhaps, then they will go beyond the stupid newsletter. Liars, avoid them. You see positive reviews here because they were requested by them and you don’t see more negative reviews here because people are just tired of them and don’t want to hear about them ever again but you can find bad reviews on other websites...just google it.

Funded Today completely misled us into a contract with them. Had we known the truth of what they were going to “deliver” we would have never hired them for our campaign. What we were told they would do was completely false and we have emails to prove it. Happy to share with anyone so you don’t go through the same thing we went through. Do not use Funded today for your project, you will regret it.

They keep sending generic cold emails, getting quite aggressive when one doesn't respond - and I literally mean passive aggressive to the max. Their reviews are also so bad - just search for them on Reddit to hear all the horror stories. Proper scam artists - I hope this agency really just goes away! Ironically, I just received another cold, automated bot follow up email saying "What's your problem? We're gonna book you in for a call regardless". These are very aggressive scammer tactics. Simply search on Reddit before using them is all I can say.

Hire Funded Today at your own risk. .we hired them for marketing our Kickstarter program and it was the worst mistake we could have made. Jordan David, the sleezy salesman (felt like a used car salesman in the way they are portrayed in the movies), slick talked his way through a presentation and once we paid the $2500 fee, disappeared and had "his team" doing the "work" which he then indicated he was not responsible for. They were non communicative, incompetent, not knowledgeable, and incapable of providing us the result that a quality company could. They took $400 for CrowdStock, which was supposed to automatically refill the available amounts of the product as they are pledged but it never happened and we had to manually track it due to supposed programming changes Kickstarter made. When asked for the contact from Jordan, he couldn't get one, even though he gave us the instructions to pay them. When i went to the site to fill out a contact form, it bounced back saying that jordan$crowdstock.io was no longer active. LOLOL, it's part of their company but they are saying it's not and won't provide the $400 refund even though ZERO work was done to earn that money. Not to mention, we ran social media ads and could tell every time they stopped due to a drop in activity and were told, oh we turned them off because you ran out of money, oh wait, you have money left, let's turn them back on?????? It's their business to drive sales and they can't either keep track of the ad spend or communicate to us that we needed to add more money to the budget? There is no portal to see any progress, you're flying totally blind and getting a response from anyone via Skype, the ONLY method they will communicate, is impossible. When I tried to have a call with Jordan he asked "what's it about? If it's about the ads, I can't help you ask Josh" It was always someone else's problem unless he was trying to collect money. Billing was not aware of any of the prior pledges we had brought to the table and tried to charge us, they didn't know that we were told $500 of the $2500 was included in the ad spend, etc. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company, I know their response is going to be "well you made X dollars compared to your original campaign which made a lot less" which is an unacceptable answer when our internal goal was a lot higher and COULD have been obtained if not for the inept service. I tried to reach out to a founder of the company and got NOTHING. Bad news, you've been warned.

I booked a newsletter with a few companies. Funded.Today being one of them. I booked everything with them and sent the required access for my kickstarter project. I sent followup requests when the project launched and never heard back from the Funded.Today Team. I sent an email about 5 days after launch asking for a refund and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't do refunds even though the service wasn't even attempted to be delivered. He then went to explain that there's multiple companies under the same umbrella which essentially use the same resources and end up charging you twice. This was not disclosed so I wanted to get a refund and didn't want to work with them. They then basically told me to go away and refuse to do a refund. I'm also filing a police report against them.

The cashback program is not working at all. I registered for the cashback program and shared the link on a post that had thousands of views, and the system did not report any clicks.

I paid this company $2,500 to help my Kickstarter campaign and all I got out of it was two 20 minute phone calls and a 71 page manual which was not relevant to my needs. Don't trust this company.
