Thank you for the review Sara! We’re filled with gratitude knowing our weekly Live Coaching Labs (formerly Live Training Sessions) and the connections with your classmates were such a meaningful part of your journey. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Lucrecia. She cares so deeply about creating a supportive space for her cohorts. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of FMCA. Thank you for sharing your experience, Breanne. We appreciate the honest feedback, and would like to address your thoughts on our learning platform and the amount of content. 1.) We’ve heard similar input from other graduates about navigating Canvas, and it played an important role in a significant change we’ve made to our certification program. After a lengthy migration period over the last year, we’ve completely moved to a new learning platform, LearnWorlds. In addition to many great features (including an App), LearnWorlds is designed to provide a more intuitive and streamlined experience for students moving through the curriculum. Feedback from students like you was critical in helping us in our search for a new platform solution. 2.) Your feedback on the amount of content is also incredibly helpful. We have content review built into our curriculum development process. Transitioning to LearnWorlds has also provided another opportunity to archive old content and further streamline the learning experience. Of course, we also have many students who tell us they are hungry for even MORE functional medicine and coaching content, so we’ll continue to focus on finding a great balance! We’re always looking for ways to make the learning journey clearer, more supportive, and easier to navigate while still delivering the depth of education the program is known for. Feedback like yours helps us continue refining that experience for future cohorts. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective and for being part of the FMCA community. Thank you for sharing this thoughtful review, Kat. We’re so glad to hear how meaningful the program was for you and that your LTS (now Live Coaching Labs) group created such a supportive space to learn and grow together. Those connections are such a special part of the FMCA experience. To address the other excellent comments in your review: 1.) Your feedback on Canvas navigation is something we’ve heard over the past 10 years of our program and we appreciate. In fact, your March Class was the last one using it. Going forward, all FMCA students are receiving instruction on a new learning platform, LearnWorlds. In addition to many great features, Learnworlds offers a much more user-friendly video experience and improved navigation features for students. It’s an important part of our growth as a school. 2.) As for audio quality, this is also great feedback.  We’re constantly reviewing and either removing recordings, updating them, or improving audio quality when possible. Our move to Learn Worlds has accelerated this process and it's a review procedure we do after every class graduates We’re grateful you took the time to share both what worked well and where we can improve! Thank you for being part of the FMCA community and for contributing to the growth of the program. In Health, The FMCA Team
