Bestellung wurde aufgegeben in express jedoch nur das grosse Geld kassiert und bis heute keine Ware erhalten.Kundendienst ist grottenschlecht schreibt erst nach einigen Tagen nur ein paar Wörter zurück und gibt nie eine Antwort auf die Fragen wo das ganze bleibt..Es wird auch nicht auf eine Rückerstattung eingegangen und können ebenfalls keine Sendungsverfolgung zeigen.. Es wurde nur Geld kassiert!! Keinesfalls irgendetwas dort bestellen!

Bought a confirmation necklace for my nephew….I opened it and noticed it immediately started tarnishing, not to mention it was extremely sharp once the cross piece separated from the dog tag piece, almost making it razor blade like. I reached out to the company several times, I was told to use a cloth and toothpaste to clean a brand new gift ??? They obviously refuse to refund my money…..don’t waste your money buying anything from this fraudulent company!!!! Any authentic company that sends an inferior product, always will apologetically take it back, but not this company…..don’t give them your business!

Die Lieferung ist bei mir nie angekommen, trotzdem wurde mir nach unzähligen Mails nur eine Erstattung von 30% in Aussicht gestellt. Der Kundenservice ist schlecht und unverschämt. Der Verkäufer war partout nicht bereit, die Sendung nachzuverfolgen, obwohl ich mehrfach mitgeteilt habe, dass laut Auskunft von DPD der Verkäufer die Sendungsverfolgung beauftragen muss. Für eine Ersatzlieferung hätte ich nochmal 15USD an einen anderen Shop bezahlen müssen (coolme.shop), dabei habe ich über funawaken bestellt. Absolut unseriös und nicht einen Stern wert!

Produkt ist ok, aber der Versand nach Deutschland... Den Expressversand kann man sich auch sparen. 21,99€ in der Hoffnung das der Artikel vielleicht einen Tag eher ankommt... Nur Bestellen wenn man noch ausreichend Zeit bis zum Verschenken hat! Beim Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice besteht glaub ich eine kleine Sprachbarriere. Auf das Problem wird nicht eingegangen, geschweige denn entgegen gekommen, es gibt immer wieder die selben Antworten!

I completely agree with all of the bad reviews for this company. The quality is horrible and the picture was so blurry on the product. I tried to get my money back and they claimed it’s what I provided them so it’s fine. I wish I’d read reviews first before ordering from them. A toddler could’ve made a better quality product.

HANDS OFF! Chinese one-use products in a pyjama of a German supplier. Terrible experience with product quality, no return possible, rude customer service communication.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I agree with all of the negative reviews. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews because I was ordering under mypets.gifts.com and do not know how Funawaken got involved. It figures, they are from China. But I ordered necklaces and they sent keychains and are refusing to send the chains for the necklaces. And then they did an engraving that was supposed to be a photo of my dog. It looks nothing like a dog and they are blaming the photo I sent. They said they will re-do it, but I have to pay for it. Oh, and there is no phone number and the link to the email says "not deliverable." I hope people will quit ordering from them so they don't make any more money off of us Americans.
