This is the worst company. Customer service sucks. They are a bunch of liers. I purchased 2 cameras JVC. They came with the wrong AC adapters. I called there many times in order to reurn the the cameras. They said I need an RMA number.They never send me that. I called a thousand times they never answered.Do yourselfe a favor; don't buy anything from Fumfie. You will regret it. Trust me.

I won't order from fumfie again. I ordered a lens that came in a box with no padding or packaging at all. Just put in a box and was rolling around during shipping. It was banged up and had a crack on the ring so they ordered me another one. The second lens came late and was packaged the exact same way. Don't order from them it's not worth it.

Deceptive practices and poor customer service. Careful what you buy!

I had a terrible experience. I was promised an item by a certain date, twice, and both times these guarantees were not met. The staff was rather unapologetic that they caused such an unnecessary hassle during my vacation and only offered to overnight the item to me—no additional apologies or compensation were given for me having to call them at least a dozen times during a cross-country roadtrip.

Sold me so-called NEW camera, which was a remanufactured. Damaged box with rubbish lens from an aftermarket box. Have been waiting for its refund over a month, still not received. Sucks!

Very poorly run company in all regards. Low integrity, and no professionalism whatsoever. They don't care if you have a $20 order or a $2000 dollar order, it makes no difference. I had a very expensive order and kept getting the run around. Customer service is abysmal and it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. You can expect to be on hold for an hour sometimes, and even more awesome is when you are on hold for an hour and then you get their automated message saying that they are now closed. Make sure you call them more than an hour before closing time in case you are on hold for an hour because otherwise they will just slam the door in your face just before you are about to speak to someone. Fumfie will waste lots of your time and their shipping estimates are a joke. I have no idea how this company has any good reviews whatsoever. They estimate 5-8 "working" days for your order....which is sort of true because no one there is ever working! If someone tells you that your order is in the shipping department about to get picked up by fed ex, ask them to send you a picture because they are probably lying. Their email support is totally dysfunctional also. For example right now when you try to contact them through their website it says "server is down". You can't call them and can't email them and of course they close at noon on Friday and are closed for the weekend. Maybe it is best I never get my order because there will probably be something wrong with it anyway. I suspect that it wont be long before Fumfie goes out of business and I am sure they will take alot of customers money with them.
