Would have given 5 stars, but when I called before buying a lens, I was told it had USA warranty. Everyone knows what "USA warranty" means, but apparently not those at Fumfie. Got the lens, but no USA warranty. Called Fumfie, and was told it is covered by house warranty. NOT THE SAME THING. The lens came as described, so as long as it keeps working, I won't worry about it.

Great price. Got it in good time. The extra battery was bad. Spent 2hrs.on phone to find who could take care of it. Flying it is great fun. It has everything you need to fly + smart phone.

Happy with the product.....but we bought the package with backpack. The drone didn't fit the backpack at all......we called a few times and finally we got a useable backpack....it took way too much effort.

Originally shipping was delayed, but they bumped up to two days shipping also the extra battery that I ordered was not shipped, Tasia in customer service dept took good care of me. She sent me the tracking number for the shipping and added extra accessories. Which I was thankful. As long as they take care of me I dont like complaining as no one is perfect. We all do our best.

I placed an online order looking to use multiple methods of payment. While not being the typical means of completing a single transaction, Joseph went above and beyond what was required and made the transaction hassle free and convenient for me. I was quite impressed with his willingness to "step out of the box" so that I could complete my order as desired. In addition, after much online comparison, I found the Fumfie price for the camera I ordered much better than all competitors.

The ordering process was good and secure. They were very eager to help with my sale. Thanks to James and the support team at Fumfie for working this out.

I was building a house and needed all the major appliances. I found the lowest prices at fumfie and was able to order the appliances and have them held for up to 6 months until I was ready to have them delivered. I called and game them a 2 week heads up and received the shipment in 2-3 weeks. Working out a small snafu with the shipping company as the range hood wasn't delivered. The fumfie team is working on locating the item. I'll update this review once everything is resolved. Bottom line: I searched high and low and you won't find a better price anywhere else even with holiday sales. Update: The range hood was delivered this morning and everything is in working order.

Edit: I finally received my refrigerator and I have been compensated for the delay. I'm now a happy customer. Bought a refrigerator on 9/1/14 from Fumfie.com with an expected delivery of 9/21/14. As of 10/23/14, I still don't have the refrigerator, just a bunch of excuses from Fumfie as to why the refrigerator hasn't shipped yet.
