YOU ARE SCAM COMPANY YOU CHARGED FOR TWO ITEMS WHEN I ORDERED ONLY ONE

Received my shipment late even though I paid extra for faster delivery. The contact service took 5 days to respond back to me. Never shopping here again.

I am very disappointed in this company. I paid extra to have my order shipped overnight but the Fed ex tracking shows 2 day shipping. That is not right. Very disappointed.

Not professional at all.

My daughter bought a camera from Fumfie and it did not work. I went right to Canon and got it replaced. Buyer beware.

I ordered a camera on 8/6 and paid 29.99 for express 2-3day shipping. I was leaving for vacation on 8/11 and wanted the camera for my vacation. I called on 8/9 and spoke with customer service because I has not recieved the camera or an email with shipping details. I waited on hold for a long time. The lady I spoke to had no explanation as to why it hadn't shipped. She said would it be ok if we over night the camera to you. I asked if I would be charged additional charges for that. She said wait before I promise anything let me make sure we have it in stock. After waiting on hold again she said it was in stock and they would over night it. She said they would also refund the shipping charges I already paid and all I had to do was call once I had the camera and they would refund the 29.99. She asked when I was leaving for vacation and I told her very early Friday morning. The camera was not delivered on Thursday. I had to delay my vacation by a day because it never arrived until after 1pm on Friday. I called about the refund for shipping and was told it should be processed soon however I have yet to receive my refund. I will never order from this company again. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. I love the camera just wish I ordered from a company I am familiar with.

Poor communication, misleading inventory, long delay for shipment, more expensive than competitors with ridiculous shipping costs. I will never, never, never purchase from this company again.

I contacted them about their price guarantee, but never heard back. Also, the camera I purchased was an import and not intended for the US market.
