We were shopping for a new dryer and LG refrigerator and as most people do, we initially shopped the big 'box stores'. Afterwards, we decided to search online. We came upon Fumfie - funny name, lol. We were able to chat with ELLIOTT ... who worked VERY hard to give us the BEST price with shipping and warranty perks as well. We needed them to hold the order until our house was to be completed months later. The house took way longer than expected. Fumfie was patient and gave us no hassles about that. ELLIOTT is a wonderful customer service rep to work with...ASK FOR HIM...he always followed up promptly and was professional and truly cared about our order. I would most assuredly order from Fumfie again. Any issues we had were cleared up and made right immediately. Very impressive company.

My husband and I are remodeling a home that we own but are not currently living in. Replacing all of the kitchen appliances was a must. I was looking for the best pricing on a GE cafe French door refrigerator and dual fuel range and a Bosch dishwasher. The best prices were from online companies, which also saved me the 7% sales tax that I would pay if I purchased them from a local retailer. Of course, there are inherent risks with buying online, and many of the reviews of several online retailers confirmed that...except for Fumfie. All of the reviews I read, especially those about appliance salesperson Elliot, were wonderful. I am also an avid Angie's List fan, so I know how important reviews from other customers are and I have never been steered wrong yet. Now, I knew to order my appliances months ahead from actually needing them so that delivery would not be an issue. It took approximately a month for them to be delivered (delivery was free), which was fine with me. The freight company that Fumfie uses was fantastic to deal with. When the items arrived, they were exactly what we ordered and in perfect condition. Elliot is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgable and responsive to emails and phone calls. I saved no less than $2500 overall on my purchase and am very happy. My advice - if you need new appliances for your kitchen yesterday, go with a local purchase. If you can afford to wait 3-4 weeks, Fumfie is the a great online retailer. As always, use a credit card rather than a debit card for added buyer protection.

Luckily stumbled upon Fumfie when I searching for appliances for my home renovation. I purchased an awesome LG fridge, washer and dryer. Fumfie wasn't just the best price, but they were very personable and delivered on all their promises. I wholeheartedly recommend Fumfie without reservation

The staff at Fumfie is truly the best. They investigated the appliances I wanted and came up with the best prices. They gave me options and truly excelled in customer service. The appliances were delivered as planned at the perfect time. I even had to change the scheduling due to the kitchen remodel and they accomodated me without any problems at all. They have exceeded my expectations and I am happy to refer them!! Like I said, this is the ONLY place I will ever purchase applicances!!

From my initial contact on, everything was customer friendly. Elliot was patient & product knowledgeable. Steve & other staff as well were pleasant & were not at all pushy salespeople. Prices on the washer/dryer set were very good. I will definitely call them again for appliance needs.

I had a good experience with Fumfie. I was initially nervous about ordering from them because I live in Texas and would be ordering a stove to be delivered from NY. But I wanted to save money and decided to gamble. Received the product a couple weeks later than originally expected, but I wasn't in a hurry, as I had a working stove at the time. The stove arrived with a dent on the side. Notified Fumfie and they compensated me for the damage. The damage wasn't on the front of the appliance so the side damage was acceptable with the compensation. So I think this group was fair in their dealings with me. I would order from them again.

I have been wanting to buy this LG washer for a while. I have researched it for about a year and finally saved up the cash. Fumfie had the best price out there but I was having trouble when I checked out getting the free delivery that was advertised. I called up to talk to someone and Elliot answered. He was so professional and nice. Even gave me an extra $10 off for calling in. As we were discussing my order I had questions about the delivery as I work M-F and its my busy season at work and I cant take off for ANYTHING. He listened answered all my questions and went the extra mile to notate my account about my special delivery needs. This has been such a pleasant experience. Now in the internet age you assume when you have to call someone that it is going to be a horrific experience. Instead I am writing this excellent review and bouncing off the walls with excitement since I was able to order this item I had been dreaming about for the last year. Thank you Elliot!
