I bought a new fridge for a new house online (after another company quoted me more than a month for delivery!). I immediately called to check on delivery, and within 10 minutes I had been offered expedited shipping, white glove service and a 5 year refundable warranty, all of which I wanted. Very pleased so far with my experience and Elliot was great.

I needed to speak to someone regarding a new refrigerator and Elliot was very helpful in pointing me to the right one. Can't wait to receive it. The price was lowest amongst all competitors! Will look forward to writing another review after receiving my order.

I was trying to place my order on-line but there was a problem with security so after "chatting on-line" with one of Fumfie's rep's decided to place my order over the phone. Elliott was responsive to my request and once started placed my order quickly. I did need to wait 12 minutes to get a representative on the phone to take my order. Arrival of the refrigerator is estimated to be 1--14 business days. Elliott provided some guidance on what to do the day the idem gets delivered. Overall Elliott made a very positive impression of this company - this is the 1st time I have done business with them

Just called and spoke to Elliot about my fridge and cook top, he was very helpful in explaining delivery and shipping times (3-4 weeks). Also to avoid any issues, greatly suggested to open and inspect the merchandise prior to signing and call him right away for damage issues and refuse if necessary. He also explained additional cost if delivery would include setup which clearly shows being transparent to his customers. I would definitely order again from this website for my future appliance needs and recommend to others. I have not receive my order yet but hopefully this will help others decide. Thanks Elliot!
