Our order was placed and paid for by credit card on Feb 8th and it cleared on the same day, and then was not shipped until the 16th. We should have been told as I found out later, that you did not have the one in black in stock, but did have one in silver ie the Classic. We finally get our order on the 24th. This kind of delay is and was unacceptable, by anyone. If when this was ordered it was not available as it was needed, we should have been told. In the future should I decide to purchase other camera gear from you, no matter if it is a camera or a lens, please be up front and let me know if you have the item in stock or not. My purchase time is important not only for myself, but my clients. Thank you

The item I ordered from Fumfie was out of stock, even though their website reported it as being in stock. After being notified, Fumfie agreed to ship me a higher model of the item for the same price. Thanks for the prompt attention, and excellent customer service. Review Update: Received the item (AV Receiver) yesterday. It was NOT the higher model that I was promised over the phone when I was told the original item was not in stock. It was, at least, the original model that I ordered, and was brand new as described on their web site. Evidently, they found it in their inventory after they tried (and failed) to up-sell me on the higher priced model. Also, did not receive the complimentary HDMI cable I was promised in the email from Henry (Steve ?). Not a real problem, since I didn't need it anyway, but they shouldn't promise items, then not deliver. I ended up getting exactly the item ordered at a very good price. But the buying experience from Fumfie leaves me wondering if it was really worth the $10 I saved...
