I ordered a new product and received one that was not only opened but also defective. I waited a week for my refund to find the full amount was not refunded. Now I'm wasting more of my time monitoring my bank account for more weeks to follow.

Order was placed on 11/29/18 assuming the item was in-stock and ready for shipment. I was contacted by Fumfie the following week that the color I ordered was out-of-stock and asked if I would accept a different color and I agreed and the person from Fumie said the item would be shipped that day. It never was shipped so I contacted Fumie again on 12/10/18 and the representative said I would have the item by 12/14/18. I called 12/13/18 since I hadn't received a tracking email and the item still hadn't been shipped and the Fumfie representative said he would contact the warehouse and rectify the issue. It is 12/17/18 and still no response or shipment from Fumfie.

I have nothing good to say about this "so called" company. They have totally ripped me off and screwed up my payments (taking double payments out for no reason at all on several occasions causing my bank account to overdraft). The people are rude and will not help with any problems that may encounter. I will never purchase anything from them again and do not recommend them.

WARNING!! Easy on line shopping, they had the camera in stock and a better price than I found at other like companies. Hopefully it gets here on time before xmas. I SEE THE PACKAGE WAS SENT OUT YESTERDAY THE 19TH I CHECKED THE STATUS OF THE SHIPMENT AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON DEC 26TH NOT THE DEC 21 AS PROMISED. I ORDERED THIS ITEM TWO WEEKS AGO. I RECIEVED THE ITEM LAST THURSDAY DECEMBER 13TH. I OPENED THE PACKAGE ON DECEMBER 14TH AND REALIZED I HAD BEEN SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM. THE OLUMPUS T-G5 BUNDLE IS WHAT I PURCHASED FOR 439.00 ,, THE CAMERA PACKAGE WITH OUT THE BUNDLE WAS 399.00 ,SO ON DEC 14TH I CALLED AND SAT ON HOLD FOR 26 MINUTES BEFORE I HAD TO LEAVE AND GO BACK TO WORK,THEN I CALLED AGAIN AFTER WORK ON DECEMBER 14TH, 4PM WEST COAST TIME AND SAT ON HOLD ANOTHER 40 MINUTES BEFORE I FIGURED OUT NO ONE WAS GOING TO HELP AND HUNG UP. ON DEC 17TH I CALLED BACK AT 6 AM WEST COAST TIME TO SIT ON HOLD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANOTHER 37 MINUTES BEFORE SPEAKING TO A REP. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AFTER ANOTHER 17 MINUTES ,THIRSTEN I THINK HIS NAME WAS SAID HE FOUND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND IT WAS AN ERROR ON FUMFIE. HE SAID HE WAS TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND WOULD SHIP OUT THE REST OF THE MISSING ITEMS . I ASKED HIM WHEN HE WAS GOING TO SHIP OUT, EXPLAINING TO HIM IT WAS A XMAS GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER AND I WAS LEAVING FRIDAY EVENING DEC 21ST TO SPEND XMAS WITH HER AND NEEDED TO HAVE IT TO TAKE WITH ME,,HE ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE HERE IN THREE DAYS FROM MONDAY WHICH WOULD BE DEC 20TH TODAY. AFTER NEVER GETTING THE TRACKING NUMBER I HAD BEEN TRYING TO CALL BACK TO FIND OUT AND WOULD SIT ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES EACH TIME AND WAS UNABLE TO CONNECT UNTIL TODAY DEC 20TH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP FOUND MY ORDER AND GAVE ME THE TRACKING NUMBER AND I ASKED HIM WHEN DID IT GO OUT AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE THAT INFORMATION. I HUNG UP AND TRACKED THE PACKAGE AND FED EX SHOWS DELIVERY FOR DEC 26TH !!!!!!!!!! W-T-F IS THAT? I WILL NOT BE HERE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!! I WAS SKEPTICAL OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FUMFIE.COM FROM DAY ONE, BUT YOUR SITE SEEM TO HAVE THE BUNDLE WITH LOTS OF ACCESSORIES AND IT WAS IN STOCK WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. I COULD OF GOTTEN THE CAMERA AT A LOCAL COMPANY HERE IN ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA FOR 389.00 BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER ALL THE ACCESSORIES SO I MADE THE PURCHASE WITH FUMFIE AND NOW I'M GETTING SCREWED ! VERY DISAPPOINTED

They don’t sell what they have on line. When tried to contact the seller did not give me answer the first time. They suposed to call me with answers and never call back. And the end they said we don’t have the item you have to wait for it. Or buy something else.

Not only have I not received the order, but it is impossible to reach customer service. I am put on hold forever. What a terrible experience!!

AFTER MARKET LENS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a G2 Lens for my Nikon from Fumfie.com. I used the lens maybe 8 times. The motor was making a high pitched sound so I took it to a local camera dealer. Tamron stands behind their lenses. When the dealer called me to say that this was a after market lens, I was very upset. There was no where on the website that said this. I talked to multiple people from the company and a manager. I was told, "This happens and you have no warranty!" The manager also said that he could do nothing for me. I will never buy another thing from there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

You are totally scam. You are claiming that you dont have lemon warranty. but Yourself is totally shady company. Support is terrible, it took more than 3 months to fix my camera eventhough i paid extended warranty. Trying to reach you this 3 month was wasting of my time, i couldnt even track my status of repair. i wish i could have bought my gear from bhphotovideo by paying extra few hundreds. i wouldn't had any of these stress. i will never ever buy from you again. Stay away from me!!!
