I purchased a mtb with fsa comet crankset and after the first ride wanted to go up 2 teeth. The crank bolt stripped during disassembly and had to be removed with a chisel. Tried to buy a new bolt and my crankset was new enough they could not come up with the part number. I won't spend a dime with this circus of a company.

The color is the only thing right
Bought the FSA Gradient Team LTD Stem oil slick 32 mm in length for my Megatower with a Lyrik Ultimate. After snapping 2 carbon bars and denting another carbon bar and an aluminum one my LBS came to realize that the stem allows the bar to hit the steerer tube when you bolt on the stem clamp. Very dangerous to have this flaw specially on a stem and something I wasn’t expecting at almost 200$. I’ve spent 200$ on this stem plus nearly 400$ on bars and when I contacted the company a person named Mickey offered one solution and that was for me to go find myself another stem while they check “inspect” the one with the issue even though I provided CLEAR evidence with pictures and a video of the issue.
Great looking stem but with companies with this type of service when it comes to warranty specially with such serious case where a poor design or machining issue will put somebody in danger it’s a waste of safety, money and time. If you buy the 32 mm stem be careful that your bars won’t be hitting he steerer tube.

One year use fsa mtb wheel set…
Bought and used an fsa mtb wheel set online July, 2019.good price, looks and feels durable..Have ridden it for commute and regular trail rides.
So far I'm contented with the wheels performance...good free hub engagement, light weight and stiff for xc ride use.good value for its price and durable.

I bought a SL-K carbon seat post that…
I bought a SL-K carbon seat post that came with a Allen screw that would not stay tight & when it finally fell off they would not replace or fix their product. When u spend that much money on something i expect the company to stand by their stuff whether it be checking the product before it leaves the warehouse or replacing the defective ones that to get out. They would not do anything to compensate me for their faulty product. One star is to much for a Company that does that.

By far one of the Best for service
By far one of the top component companies on the planet! With some of the best customer service I have yet to find. These guys will actually pick up the phone and talk to you unlike Shimano it takes days to get ahold of.
I've raced professionally on FSA / Vision product for years now, run bike shops all my life, and Bene professionally trained and certified mechanic and bike fitter for over 10 years.
as long as you use the product the way it's intended and are within your warranty they will back you up. I was at a pro Enduro mountain bike race and my crank from that competitors company began to fail the neutral support that was run by FSA not only got my bike up and running again but gave me a crank off of their truck because of the desperate situation I was in. I know that's a rare instance but I've heard in situations like that where FSA is doing neutral support, that that is the kind of service you'll get if you happen to be a Ironman athlete at Kona the Vision Booth is outstanding. I'm an FSA customer for life, no matter what some of the haters may say.

fsa, a lousy service like its component
I have been a competitive cyclist for 45 years and own 2 Colnago, 1 Wilier, 1 Cinelli, 1, Rondelli, 1 Ribble, and 1 Dolan, each of these bikes are set up for a particular race. My bicycles are serviced and maintained by Paul Hewitt Cycle “I have never and will never use Japanese and or fake Italian components as suggested by your agent in UK Mr Harding, fsa.uk.
I purchased a Willier Carbon with an fsa Plasma handlebar, less than a year later during a routine service it transpired fractured and was advised by my cycle shop to contact fsa, I did and this is the response after weeks of being passed from pillar to post;
I sent an e-mail with pictures of the fractures and Mr Russell Harding fs auk, told me he could not find the break despite be being quite visible. I also offered to post it at my expense, highlighted the damaged area and resend only to be told a week later that the handlebar was a fake and oferred me 30% discount in my new fsa purchase?????!!!!!
I sent an email direct to fsa Italy , the response was; I think that my colleague has expressed badly, he didn't want to say that you have bought a fake consciously, but that the only thing we can offer is a discount for the purchase of a new product, obviously we can't replace under warranty a copy of our product.
Fsa (Full Speed Ahead) claims;
An Innovative design combined with the latest technology, materials and manufacturing processes ensure that FSA deliver technically superior components. This means we can offer the ultimate performance that our consumers demand at a competitive price.
We invest heavily in research and development, to ensure that all FSA products are manufactured using the very latest cutting edge technologies to develop and deliver the best products possible. They are tested to stringent standards and meet the highest certification.
My first and last personal experience;
This is my first experience of the fsa components and never again. I will remain with Deda, a faithful and reliable friend. Fsa Plasma handlebar cost £500 to replace and since fsa never attempted to inspect it closely, how could they claim it to be a fake or is it really the cost of replacement a factor? Will I ever recommend or buy anything associated to fsa, a dismissive company lacking care? DON’T THINK SO!
