I had an address mix up, I called and talked to someone there, They were great at looking for the original package, then cancel the original order and reordering it and sending it to the correct address. These sweaters are getting harder to find. I love the ones you have. Unlike many, these fit nicely, are a little warmer than those I had before (not from you), and look nicer. They do run a little bit small. It took me a while to zero in on the right size. Love these sweaters!
