Do not waste your time!!!!! Full Source has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to place an order for 50 jackets, and we were given the run-around about needing to verify our payment multiple times (we always did what they asked, sent what they asked, confirmed what they asked.) They were amazingly slow to respond, inflexible, & ended up cancelling our order even though we tried (way harder than we should have) to get the order to go through. Now I’m back to square 1 with these jackets that I initially ordered 3 weeks ago. They could not care less about the people trying to order from them. Stay away! Don’t let yourself get screwed!!!

They always list things as in stock on their website but when it comes down to get the items delivered they seem to never have actually been in stock. I have placed 3 orders in the past week, but yet, Miraculously none of the items were in stock. No communication advising me that the items are delayed due to them not having the supposed in-stock items in stock. Maybe I should take my business to Grainger, Zoro or ISP. Absolutely stay away from them when ordering. Even if you call and they tell you things are in stock they probably aren't.

Absolutely insane 5 week lead time on embroidery! Not 5 days - 5 weeks. Do they just outsource it?

When I asked the Sales Rep about printing our Company logo in the jackets, she said that they could be printed, therefore I sent the logo by email. All the jackets came without the logo and when I called the company to ask why they weren't printed, she told me that the minimum quantity was 25 jackets. If I should've known that I'd decided to buy it from other sellers who were able to print the Logo for an additional fee but no limited quantities. We ended up buying 13 jackets on different orders.

Ordered 4 shirts to see how the material was for a huge 50+ company order. Every single shirt was cheap material and BOTH woman's shirts were see through! Went through the process of returns. They have an option where they deduct shipping and I chose to use my own.. Well they still deducted the $10 for shipping and this was their response!!! Thank you for your email. I took a look into this order and was able to find that you did pay the $10.99 for standard shipping on this order. However that amount is then paid to the third party carrier that actually delivers that package for you and as such is not a total that we refund as that amount does go to a third party vendor, in this case USPS for delivery. The amount that you were refunded was the full amount that we refund to you excluding that shipping cost. We do not refund this cost because we do not keep it, it is the charge of the carrier. Full Source generally messes up proofs, but if you are diligent you can catch mistakes. Orders ship loose and sloppy in a big box, but hey - they are cheaper than most competitors. Unfortunately, Full Source recently messed up an important order and - get this - refunded the cost of embroidery only (and that only begrudgingly.) My company was out a grand due to their clear mistake. I may yet take them to small claims over it. I will never use Full Source again, and hope that others are able to avoid a similar experience.

Super slow on shipping! I placed an order last month and it was 8 days before it was even processed. I called in, and the customer service person was super sweet and apologetic. Right after we spoke I got an email that the order had been processed. Because the customer service was kind and helpful, I decided to give another try. This time it took 6 days to get processed. I have a tracking number but order has not been shipped as of yet. This is very frustrating for a small business or any business! Times kills deals... So again, I ordered shirts from another vendor last night and got my tracking number this morning.

Expected delivery changed 4X throughout process. Sub par exprience.
