I bought from them for a couple of years. More recently, I have been buying teas based on the claims of calm ( organic herbal comfort) or cortisol control. Turns out they have licorice root in the herbal comfort which extends high cortisol and raises blood pressure and rhodiola in the cortisol control which causes insomnia. When i pointed it out to them, customer service wanted me to pay shipping both ways for exchange or no return at all for one of the bags. Not worth the hassle. They do not seem to know what they are doing and are expensive. The ingredients they use are not correct for the claim and customer service does not exist

Ok I am not sure why this number is low but let me share my experience. I am 54 and live in pain daily so I wanted something to help. I ordered the anti-inflammatory tea and 3 trial size of other stuff. I have thrown so much product and supplements out because of taste. Like thousands of dollars. I opened each bag and when I say it smells fresh, I MEAN FRESH!!! Like the living plant fresh. Every bag was this way. Ok now to the taste, I just can't take anything that tastes bad, my downfall. I followed the instructions to the T!!! Filtered water, I did the full 5 minutes and only 1 teaspoon like it says, it was timed. I stirred it with a plastic spoon, just incase, not required. I decided to taste it first before adding honey because I don't do unsweetened tea. (Texas girl) Ok yall, I can actually drink this HOT TEA WITHOUT ANYTHING TO SWEETEN IT!! In Texas we drink sweet ice tea period. I was completely shocked! The only reason I am doing a review is because my girls got the play by play as I did all of that and they said I need to say it to others so hear we are. This is probably going to taste great with honey also. I will keep you posted on the inflammatory response after I have had a few cups.

Really disappointing customer service. I spent over $120 with Full Leaf Tea Company within 30 days. My August order was delivered without issue. One month later, I placed the same order to the exact same address, and USPS inexplicably returned it to sender for an “address issue.” Nothing about my address changed and Full Leaf successfully delivered here a month ago. Yet Alyssia and Emily both refused to waive a $4.95 reshipping fee. Alyssia even acknowledged in writing that this was an “issue with USPS,” but said I still have to pay because “that is our policy.” It’s unbelievable to potentially lose a repeat customer who spent $120+ in a month over $4.95 for a carrier issue that wasn’t the customer’s fault. I liked their products, but this level of customer service and lack of common sense is enough to make me shop elsewhere.

I love their tea, but customer service is terrible. Today I had a problem with my subscription order, and it was almost impossible to get through to customer service. Phone wasn't answered. Their "live" chat is first answered by a bot, and I did not get a human response for over 30 minutes as I kept that chat window open. Even that would have been forgivable, except that there was zero apology or concern for the experience I was having, both the delay in communication & the problem I encountered with my subscription, and worse, the response was pretty much how it was all my fault - even to falsely suggest I had disabled notifications from them. So I'm going wind up with a pound of tea well before I need it again and an unexpected $60 out of this month's budget. Perhaps that extra supply of tea will give me time to find another company with a tea I'll love.

Terrible refund policy if they sell u something that is not right or poor quality and it's open u will not get a full refund. Customer support is not for the customer it's for themselves, I will buy elsewhere!

I ordered 5 boxes from this company and only 3 arrived. When I reached out, they told me it wasn’t their fault and that I’m not eligible for a refund even though it was their packaging that caused this issue. I then went to their Instagram and commented under their posts for future customers to know about their lack of customer service and poor packaging, to only find 2 other girls who’ve experienced the same thing. After commenting under their posts to share my experience, I realize a couple hours later that they removed the bad reviews and limited comments. This is not how a company should run, they then blocked me after pointing this out to them through DM.

I got exactly what I asked for. Coming on here I was surprised at the number of negative reviews. I got a large bag of raspberry leaf tea and a smaller bag of nettle. The quality was good for me, it came as advertised and it was promptly delivered. Customer service kept me updated every step of the way. Even gave me a coupon code for next time. I had an all around great experience.
